We left West Glacier on Saturday and headed for Missoula, Montana. We both need prescriptions filled so we will probably be here for two days. We stayed in Missoula on the way up and will likely stay at the same RV park we used then.
We took a little different route to get to Missoula by driving down the west side of Flathead Lake. On the way up we traveled up hwy 35 which is on the east side. The lake is the biggest lake west of the Mississippi and was quite pretty. The terrain also changed from one to the other.
After leaving the lake we continued on to Missoula and the drive was very easy as the roads were not that busy. The view was also quite picturesque as we had the mountains on the east side and the foot hills on the west side.
We also came to the spot where the last Hudson Bay Store was built and one the three original buildings is still standing.
We arrived in Missoula and set up for the night.
Monday found us waiting for the prescriptions and just relaxing. We did go to a movie tonight, the first since leaving Texas. It was a nice night.
Tomorrow we are heading south on Hwy 93 and hope to get to the Crater of Moons National Park.
